1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the hyph77 website accessible at hyph77.net, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hyph77 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on hyph77 through which the Player accesses platform services.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by hyph77 to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures used to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of Players in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the hyph77 registration process, accessing any game or service, making a deposit, or clicking any button that indicates acceptance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with hyph77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to your use of the hyph77 platform in all its forms, including access via desktop browser, mobile browser, and any other means of electronic access. hyph77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the hyph77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee of hyph77, or a close relative of such an employee;
• You do not have an existing hyph77 account, whether active, suspended, or closed;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the hyph77 platform. If hyph77 detects the existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any other means — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited at hyph77's sole discretion, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hyph77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

hyph77 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify the hyph77 support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. hyph77 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or failed to promptly report unauthorized access.

hyph77 strongly recommends that players use a unique, strong password for their hyph77 account and enable any additional security features made available on the platform. You must not use automated login tools, bots, or scripts to access your account.

5 KYC and Identity Verification

hyph77 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. hyph77 may also request identity verification at any other time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

5.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name).

5.2 Verification Timeframes

hyph77 will endeavor to complete KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold pending successful verification. hyph77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient for verification purposes.

6 Deposits

All deposits on the hyph77 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). hyph77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by hyph77, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your hyph77 account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one banking day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Detection of third-party deposits may result in account suspension and return of the deposited funds to the originating payment method.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To submit a withdrawal request on hyph77, your account must have completed KYC verification, your account must be in good standing, and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been fully satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

7.2 Processing Times

hyph77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash: Within 5 minutes of approval, available 24/7;
• PayMaya: Within 15 minutes of approval, available 24/7;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 1–3 banking days of approval;
• Visa / Mastercard: Within 3–5 banking days of approval.

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. hyph77 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request that it deems unusual or high-risk.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

hyph77 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Any applicable limits will be communicated to players through their account settings panel. Requests exceeding applicable limits may be split across multiple processing periods.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

hyph77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise specified;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or IP address, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• hyph77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding a bonus, hyph77's interpretation of the bonus terms shall be final.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the hyph77 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements while preserving bonus value, or using technical exploits — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hyph77 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and associated winnings and to permanently close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

9 Gaming Rules

All games available on the hyph77 platform — including slot games, bingo, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and live dealer games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes.

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between the game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a rule that is intrinsic to the mechanics of the game itself.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — hyph77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. No further compensation will be payable in respect of a void round.

10 Sports Betting

The hyph77 Sportsbook allows eligible players to place wagers on a wide range of sporting events, including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other sports. All sports betting activity is subject to the rules set out in this section.

10.1 Bet Acceptance

hyph77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform reasonably suspects that the bet has been placed as part of a fraudulent, collusive, or irregular betting pattern. Bets are not accepted on credit; sufficient cleared funds must be available in your account at the time of bet placement.

10.2 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by hyph77 in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the specified settlement period; the odds were offered in error due to a technical fault; or the bet is found to have been placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account balance at the original stake amount.

10.3 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport at the conclusion of the event, including any extra time where applicable. hyph77 will endeavor to settle bets promptly following the conclusion of events but is not liable for delays caused by late official result declarations.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hyph77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hyph77 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

12 Responsible Gaming

hyph77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure alerts to notify them after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the hyph77 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the hyph77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of hyph77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the hyph77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the hyph77 platform without prior written authorization from hyph77.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hyph77's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hyph77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hyph77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if hyph77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hyph77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside of hyph77's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. hyph77 will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

15 Termination

hyph77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if hyph77 reasonably determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to the Platform.

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds — may be forfeited at hyph77's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting hyph77 customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact hyph77 customer support to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. hyph77 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Disputes relating to game outcomes or bet settlements may also be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.

17 Amendments to These Terms

hyph77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hyph77 will notify registered Players by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the hyph77 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact hyph77 to arrange closure of your account.
